Low specific weight composite panel with faces and inner layer made of okoumè marine plywood and PVC rigid-cell foam core.
The Isomar Screw panel, designed for the screw fixing, is the perfect solution for divisional bulkheads, furniture and ceilings. It is also used, in civil engineering, to make lowering of ceilings when lightness and high thermal insulation is required.
It can be easily installed in a short time thanks to the inner layer made of plywood, specifically designed for a tighter grip of the screw.
How it is made
Isomar Screw's configuration:
- faces made of okoumè marine plywood (or decorative marine plywood), 3,4,5 mm thick according to configurations. The Okoumè wood guarantees durable physical/mechanical performances and it is very easy to work by cutting, plating, varnishing;
- PVC core with a density of 60 kg/m³ and a close cells structure and compressive strength of 15 kg/cm². Being the core a “Freon free” foam, both the thermal and mechanical features remain stable over the years;
- inner layer made of okoumè plywood, for the fixing of the screw.

The used gluing is classified to zero issue of formaldehyde (Test report No. 188766/1 according to EN717-2:199 rule) and complies with EN 314-1:2004 Class 3 standards (marine gluing).
